 Usage of Serum Separation Gel :

1. Used for the production of separation gel coagulant tubes. Serum separation gel can be used in combination with coagulants for biochemical tests such as liver function, kidney function, blood glucose, and blood lipids.

2. Used for the production of separation gel anticoagulant tubes (such as AEDTA dipotassium/EDTA tripotassium/heparin lithium/heparin sodium/citrate and other additives). In tubes containing coagulants, separation gel can be quickly extracted, which provides convenience for serum biochemistry, immunology, and biological detection.

 

Advantages of Serum Separation Gel :

1. Better Phase Separation Performance. Through phase separation experiments, different types of separation gels are added to different test tubes, and after centrifugation, they are placed upside down. Compared with other separation gels, high-performance resin separation gels have better colloidal stability and no oil separation phenomenon.

2. Better solvent compatibility: Experiments were conducted by adding separation gel and other reagents to different test tubes, indicating that high-performance resin separation gel has better solvent compatibility. In addition to better tolerance to commonly used blood collection tube additives, it also has compatibility with alcohol organic reagents such as ethanol and isopropanol.

3. Excellent radiation resistance performance was achieved by adding separation gel to the test tube, removing all bubbles, and then irradiating with a dose of 25KGy. The specific gravity, viscosity, appearance, and flipping indicators of the product before and after irradiation were tested, indicating that all performance indicators were stable and there were no bubbles after irradiation, which was superior to other brands of separation gel.

4. Compared with other separation adhesives, high-performance resin separation adhesives have higher addition efficiency under normal and low temperature conditions, and can rival imported separation adhesive brands in addition to their addition efficiency under high temperature conditions.
